In the early stages of life, children learn in the most natural way possible: through play. This is where Maincamacama Playtime comes in, offering a play space designed with a holistic approach to support children's exploration, expression, and overall growth.

We believe that every child has their own rhythm in learning and developing. Therefore, we offer diverse, stimulating, and meaningful programs.

What is Maincamacama Playtime?

Can I cancel or get a refund for a class?

All classes at Maincamacama are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Parents who have registered cannot cancel or request a refund for any reason. However, parents can request a reschedule under certain conditions.

If I am unable to attend, can I reschedule?

Once registered, class sessions cannot be rescheduled unless due to illness (child or parent), with confirmation at least 5 hours before the class; rescheduled sessions must be used within 1 month or the slot will be forfeited without the option for rescheduling or refund.

How many children are there in a class?

Classes at Maincamacama are semi-private and have limited slots, so each class has a maximum capacity of 6 children with 2 teachers. This is because we want to create a comfortable and warm atmosphere for children during play sessions and to ensure that each child receives the best facilities and guidance from our teachers. For OSE (outdoor sensory class) classes, there is a maximum of 15 children per class session, with 4 teachers.

Are parents allowed to accompany their children during class?

Of course, Parents, all children under 3 years old must be accompanied by one adult at all times. The accompanying adult does not have to be a parent. Other caregivers such as grandparents, other relatives, or nannies are welcome to accompany the child during the play class session. Since our studio space is limited, we have a strict policy that each CHILD may only be accompanied by ONE ADULT. All additional caregivers may wait outside the classroom while the class is in session. There are several cafes around the studio where you can wait during the class:)

Can children with special needs attend classes?

Absolutely! At Maincamacama, we strongly support inclusivity. We have facilitated children who have been clinically diagnosed with special conditions such as speech delay, autism spectrum disorder, and other conditions. We believe that interacting with peers in a playroom setting can support the development of all children, especially those with special needs.

My child is still undergoing therapy. Can he/she attend classes?

Absolutely! Our play classes are one of the stimulating activities that can support children's development.

My child is over 1 year old but still cannot walk. Can he/she join the class?

Of course, parents! We understand that every child develops differently, so it is very possible that a child may not be able to walk or talk fluently at a certain age. We urge parents to continue to accompany their children throughout the class, especially during activities that involve a lot of movement, such as gross motor activities.
